Victor was very knowledgeable with semi-truck owner-operator insurance, requirements and fillings to be compliant with DOT. He was efficient and ALWAYS responded in a timely manner with all questions and inquires. Our intentions were to purchase a semi-truck but for personal and economical reasons we chose to post-pone. He was still so kind and respectful when closing down the account.
